This past Tuesday, I watched that movie The Number 23. It was supposed to be one of those suspense/thrillers, but it wasn't all that suspensful. It did have a pretty good plot twist at the end, though. I totally didn't see it coming. It was sort of like...
Happy family, blah blah blah. *insert conflict* (Because nobody wants to pay money to see a peaceful movie about a happy family.) Build-up of tension, story follows the 'one, two, three strikes you're out' formula except on the third pitch, the main character's wife hits it on the nose and they find out who the real killer is. This all sounds pretty normal except that the culprit is totally unexpected. Like peaceful kingdom, everybody's content, then *bam!* dragon comes, breathing fire, and everybody dies, the end. Well, not really. There were no dragons in the movie, but it was similar in the sense that the conflict was solved, but wait! Why are they showing that the time is 2:15??? And thus, ends the movie with a cliffhanger. It sort of reminded me of the Ring or something like that.
Overall, I thought the Number 23 was a much better movie than Dead Silence. With Dead Silence, I was hoping to be scared to the point where I peed in my pants, since I hate creepy dolls and stuff like that, but it was rather dissapointing.
This spring break has been pretty uneventful aside from thursday and maybe half of tuesday when I actually got out of the house and exposed myself to a bit of sunlight instead of sitting infront of the computer playing maple story.... T_T
Although, I did manage to level twice this break... (w00t!) XD And don't laugh... That's a lot of work right there! That's like about 8 hours of killing green mushrooms and axe stumps to accumulate a total of over 30,000 exp. points! That took so long... =__= considering that you only get about 26-30 exp. points for one kill...
I should be doing that econ project that's worth what... 20% of our grade? Ah, I have no motivation, no drive... no concentration... T_T
